Bachelor's Degree Completion Program in Organizational Leadership

Northern Kentucky University (NKU), Gateway Community and Technical College (GCTC) , Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS), and the Kentucky Virtual University (KYVU) began offering the Web-Based Bachelor's Degree Completion Program in Organizational Leadership spring of 2003. The web-based program will be available through NKU, GCTC, KCTCS, and KYVU.

The Bachelor's Degree Completion Program in Organizational Leadership is also available to students who wish to attend traditional classes on campus at NKU.

The Leadership Degree is designed to:

"work with prior college work to enable learners to have upward mobility in the workplace and to complement their technical skills."

The program focuses on the "human side" of leadership and not on business principles thereby preparing learners for responsible supervisory and administrative roles in today's complex and
